Linda Bersche

Executive Director

 

Linda was born and raised in Norwalk, where she graduated from Norwalk High School. She then attended Bowling Green State University where she earned a degree in Fine Art. She currently is a member of the Norwalk Lions Club, serves on the board of Artist Open Studio, and is treasurer of Norwalk Public Schools Alumni Association. She has been married to her husband, Jim, for 18 years and has two sons, Zak and Derek. She has been working for the United Fund for 35 years, first as the Assistant to the President, and now as Executive Director.

Taylor Roberts

Program Manager

Taylor attended Ohio State University and Bowling Green State University graduating with her bachelors degree. She was hired by the United Fund in July 2017 as program manager & also does our advertising. She currently resides in Berlin Heights with her husband & two dogs.

 

Casandra Murray

Reception

Casandra works in reception and support for the United Fund office. She is the co-author of two workbooks designed for academic success and Behavioral Parenting. Her interests include volunteering for Reach Our Youth, nature walks, gardening and reading an excellent book. 

Volunteers

John is the former Auditor of Huron County and also sat on the United Fund Board for over 30 years. Since retiring, he volunteers weekly in the office helping with our banking, tax forms and payroll, etc. He currently resides in Monroeville with his wife Donna. Together they have three children.

Ann was officially assigned the role of Assistant Treasurer in 2013 and has been in the office once or twice a week since. She helps with deposits and receipts. Ann has been a board member & volunteer since 1990. She retired from KeyBank in May 2013, where she had worked a month short of 40 years. Ann enjoys traveling, gardening and playing cards.

Since 2015 Sharlene has volunteered in the office once a week. She is wonderful at helping us get organized and getting projects done. Sharlene has lived in Norwalk for 42 years, with her husband Russ. They have 2 sons and 5 grand-kids. Sharlene enjoys spending time with her grand-kids, volunteering, and sewing.
