Our Mission
The mission of the United Fund is to improve the quality of
life in the communities it serves by being involved with local
agencies and organizations so as to assess area issues, concerns
and needs; raising money to fund essential local programs, ensuring
our donors gifts are well spent and keeping it local.

The United Fund is organized to serve as assist all persons in
need regardless of race, religion, creed, color, sex, age or handicap.

Our areas include the towns of Monroeville 44847, Norwalk 44857,
Collins 44826 and Wakeman 44889. We also serve the surrounding
rural areas of Ridgefield, Sherman, Peru, Norwalk, Bronson, Wakeman,
Townsend, Hartland and parts of Lyme and Clarksfield townships
in Huron County, Ohio.

The board consists of 24 members who serve a 3-year term. Officers
include a President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President and
Treasurer. In addition, the board President may appoint up to
eight associate members to serve a 1-year term. Board meetings
take place on the even numbered months of the year. The Executive

Committees - Click
Here for a full listing of committees and thier members
Committees include: Executive, Budget and Admissions, Public Relations
Campaign, Local Scout Funding and Nominating. Other committees
may be formed as needed. Members are recruited because of their
expertise and interest in the success of the Fund.
